Drove delivery aligned with 2YB and 5YB Capital KPIs through real-time Planview S-Curve reporting. Spearheaded quarterly prioritisation processes and developed comprehensive Operational Readiness requirements.

Delivered all engineering study phases (IPS/DPS) for multiple smelter area projects under the Small Project Management Framework. Managed Engineering Service Providers ensuring scope, budget, and schedule KPIs were met.
