Managed project controls for an annual capital portfolio of ~$65M, overseeing projects from $500K to $20M. Drove delivery aligned with 2YB and 5YB Capital KPIs through real-time Planview S-Curve reporting. Spearheaded quarterly prioritisation processes and developed comprehensive Operational Readiness requirements.

BHP Olympic Dam — Small Projects Team
Delivered all engineering study phases (IPS/DPS) for multiple smelter area projects under the Small Project Management Framework. Managed Engineering Service Providers ensuring scope, budget, and schedule KPIs were met.

BHP Olympic Dam — Surface Reliability Team
Led strategy-based projects optimising Preventive Maintenance schedules. Coordinated the Surface Maintenance Capital Portfolio and developed 2YB/5YB prioritisation pipelines engaging Maintenance Area Superintendents.
